Tips
Measure fast: type sizes like 5/8, 32, or 35 7/8 — inch marks are added for you. Fill OPENING + DEDUCT and the NET DOOR HEIGHT is figured for you. FLOOR & ROOM auto-fill from the tag.
Move quickly: Enter jumps to the next row. Drag the blue square at a cell's corner to copy a value down a column, or paste a whole column at once. ↶ Undo reverses any change, and Search jumps to any tag.
Organize: drag the ⠿ handle to reorder a door, ✕ deletes one. ↕ Floor reorders every door by floor to match the Excel. TYPE puts each kind on its own page — pick or add types in Show.
New frame: set FRAME = Yes, fill R.O. WIDTH + R.O. HEIGHT, and tap 📷 to add photos. Those doors get their own NEW FRAME page in the Excel and still show in their normal order.
No access: set ACCESS = No and that door moves to the revisit page instead of the order.
Save & reuse: 💾 backs up all projects, ↺ restores them, and 📂 opens a previous order from an Excel file. Back up often — and the review screen warns about missing sizes, repeated tags, or new-frame doors missing R.O. or photos.

Guía de uso
El flujo — 4 pasos
- Abre el app — ícono del teléfono, o el enlace del Job en JobTread.
- Mide cada puerta: TAG, SWING, J.O.W. y ALTURA de apertura.
- Revisa — la pantalla de revisión te avisa lo que falta antes de enviar.
- Sube — botón ⬆ JobTread, eliges el Job, confirmas. Listo.
Reglas de oro (evita errores)
- Mide en pulgadas (ej. 80).
- Cada puerta del pedido necesita: TAG, SWING, J.O.W. y ALTURA.
- ¿No pudiste entrar? Pon ACCESS = “No” → va a revisita, no al pedido.
- Pon el DEDUCT por tipo (botón ⚙, arriba) antes de descargar.
- “Done” = “ya la medí” (confirmación). No saca la puerta del reporte.
- Sin ALTURA, la puerta no entra al pedido (se va a revisita).
- Respalda seguido con 💾 (arriba).
Qué esperar (sí hace)
- Llena la hoja de fábrica sola.
- Calcula la altura neta (apertura menos deduct).
- Separa medidas y revisita en hojas distintas.
- Funciona sin internet (offline).
- Sube el Excel directo al Job en JobTread.
- Guarda tu trabajo en el teléfono.
Qué no esperar (límites)
- No comparte entre teléfonos. Cada quien mide en el suyo; lo que se comparte es el Excel subido a JobTread.
- No mide por ti — tú tomas las medidas.
- No revisa si la medida es correcta; solo avisa si se ve rara.
- La 1ª vez necesita internet una vez (para el Excel); después, offline.
- Borras el ícono sin respaldar = pierdes lo de ese teléfono. Respalda antes.
Si algo sale mal
- No baja el Excel → falta el DEDUCT en alguna puerta. El app te dice cuáles.
- Faltan puertas en el Excel → ¿les pusiste ALTURA? Sin altura van a revisita.
- Perdí mis puertas → toca Restaurar (↺, arriba) y carga tu último respaldo.
